Step 1:
Once you’ve found a rental listing you’re interested in, please fill out the Residential Rental Application. Please note: Upon completion of this application, you will be forwarded to another page where you MUST also provide a copy of your Driver’s License or ID and proof of income (Check Stubs, Social Security, Disability, Section 8 Voucher, etc.) for you to be considered to lease this property.
A valid working email must be provided. This is how your rent invoice will be sent every month. You will pay electronically through the invoice through QuickBooks software. No cards or checks are accepted in person. Cash may be accepted on a short-term basis pending approval.
Step 2:
Please give us up to 30 days to review your application to determine if you’re a suitable candidate. If so, we will reach out to you and schedule of showing of the rental. Before you arrive, we ask that you print out a copy of the Residential Lease Agreement to bring along with the full deposit. If you are selected to lease the property the deposit must be paid in FULL at the time the Lease is signed for the house to be held for you.
